How this works
Create an order manually or paste a ProcureWizard email, link its items to products, and track each supplier component and cost. Everything is saved to your private Supabase database.
Import a ProcureWizard order
In Apple Mail, select the order email, press Cmd+A then Cmd+C, and paste below. Nothing is saved until you review and confirm.
Review extracted order
Please check quantities, prices and delivery details before saving. Unrecognised product codes will be added to your product directory automatically. Supplier costs and quotes are not imported from the customer order.

Select a text-based supplier quote PDF. Review all extracted details before saving. Scanned PDFs and unfamiliar layouts may need manual correction.
Review before saving
Check the supplier, references, price, quantity and delivery information against the PDF. Extraction may miss unusual layouts. Quotes are not supplier orders.

To upload a supplier PDF or paste a supplier confirmation, select Import supplier document. Review extracted information before saving.
